AutoAid is a SaaS company that provides Car Diagnostics for Smartphones, Tablets, and PCs. Since September 2008, the company autoaid GmbH is developing an internet based car diagnostic software. The result is the product autoaid Internet Diagnose+ (aID+) which has been released onto the market in April 2013. Meanwhile this product is being used worldwide as the standard diagnostic solution in many repair shops, such as in Germany, Great Britain, Belgium, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Poland, Austria, Greece, the USA, Canada, and South Africa as well as Mozambique. Today, the diagnostic system aID+ is already covering twelve car brands. For this purpose, a great amount of data needed to be made accessible and usable.
