Aurelius Coworks is a socially responsible real estate development company. We build, own, operate and consult on coworking communities in middle markets. Our coworking communities support startup enterprises, small businesses, remote workers and non-profits. Our spaces are meticulously built, our communities are carefully cultivated, and we infuse the right mix of social and business programming in each place. Aurelius is particularly committed to building communities in mid-size urban downtown areas experiencing revitalization, with our spaces serving as a catalyst. Aurelius Coworks has developed and opened three locations we own: Troy Innovation Garage (Troy, NY), Bull Moose Club (Albany, NY) and Westwey Club (Providence, RI). We also helped the United Way of the Greater Capital Region develop and open The Blake Annex (Albany, NY), where we serve as Operator &a; Manager. We are also currently serving as a consultant to one other project in pre-development (Utica, NY).
