Accurent Ventures is a US-based family office investing into early-stage software and tech companies with proven management teams and a clear pathway and timeline to income generation. We seek creative business models with current, or projected, strong contractual revenue bases and highly scalable customer acquisition strategies. Patented or patent-pending processes are viewed as a positive but not required. At an early stage, our portfolio companies should demonstrate unique attributes enabling them to grow into market leaders within their categories. Accurent targets formal seed and series A investments with a preference towards rounds with a lead institutional-quality VC in place. We also make selective minority co-investments into lower middle-market private equity-backed transactions with a focus on services, specialty distribution and niche manufacturing. Mission: Accurent Ventures helps our entrepreneurial partners by allocating significant time and resources to finding capital, so they can focus on what they do best. At Accurent Ventures, we are investors and fundraisers, but most importantly, we are partners. We construct our portfolio strategically, targeting companies to which we can drive near-term and long-term value through our robust network of strategic alliances, including top-tier angels and venture capital investors, family offices, fortune 500 companies, financial services conglomerates, and alternative asset managers, to name a few. While having sufficient capital is critical to running an early stage, high-growth business, having the right capital partners is even more so. We aim to bring like-minded strategic equity to our portfolio companies, with capacity to scale investments in subsequent funding rounds and a track record of meaningful exits in the space.
